Hi there, I tired to convert from Gold to Silver, however, it came up with this message, "對不起，您的賬戶餘額少於 100 的最低餘額限制，請返回。" , does that mean I can't convert lesser amount? Pls advise, many thanks!

for some reason i have -1 耆銀.
but i have 50 耆金
is there a way i can convert 金 into 銀??
and how can i find more 銀????

another comment,
when we download something, it got disconnected, we have to open that txt file to copy another link to download, but then we got deduct another 2 耆銀 for the same file...which is no body's fault. but not very fair. hope sam88 will take my comments into consideration!
