光酥餅

[font=新細明體]將[/font](1)[font=新細明體]材料放入盤中拌勻,加入牛奶及蛋液用筷子撈勻,再加入牛油輕手搓至均勻即可,避免過度搓至出筋。再用保鮮紙蓋著靜置[/font]15[font=新細明體]分鐘。[/font]

[font=新細明體]靜置後,將麵團放已灑高粉的枱面上,分成[/font]6[font=新細明體]等份。略搓長,然後放直從上而下按,略整圓及壓扁,放焗盤上,灑上適量高粉於餅面。[/font]

[font=新細明體]放已預熱[/font]180[font=新細明體]度焗爐焗約[/font]15[font=新細明體]分鐘即可。[/font]
