簡易朱古力蒸蛋糕

蒸出黎好鬆軟
食譜(6吋模分量)::
麵粉 100g
泡打粉 2 tspn
可可粉 2 tspn
蛋 1隻
sugar 40g
牛奶 90 ml
牛油/corn oil/olive oil 2tspn
PROCEDURE:
1)打起雞蛋,再加仍sugar 打至杰身
2)麵粉,泡打粉,可可粉一齊過篩入大碗
3)加入牛奶, 油 及蛋漿
4)以中火蒸15 分鐘
TIPS:
蒸ge途中唔好囉關個蓋睇下蒸成點,
如果唔係個蛋糕面就唔靚架喇
